Plan and execute Gemini’s model development initiatives by collaborating with key partners, developing detailed project plans, supporting the creation of technical roadmaps in collaboration with engineering stakeholders, defining milestones, tracking progress, and managing dependencies.

Anticipate and mitigate potential issues that could impact project timelines and enable engineering teams to maintain program velocity.

Streamline execution and implement automated tooling where applicable.

Manage compute resources including forecasting, timely reallocations, and making prioritization recommendations to Gemini leads.

Share knowledge, best practices, and guidance with other team members to enhance overall team performance.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.

5 years of technical program or project management experience in a software engineering or cloud environment.

Experience managing software product launches with engineering and product teams.
