The right candidate for this role will personify product management excellence, is a self-starter and has the right entrepreneurial and resilience skills to help enhance the future of safe collaboration in an AI and agentic corporate world. This person will be responsible for identifying and aligning with product plans and strategy, partnering with stakeholders across the company to deliver on the strategy and leveraging data and customer research to identify customer challenges and to drive growth in this space. This opportunity will allow you to analyze and solve complex business problems in collaboration space, have ample customer interaction opportunities, deepen strategy, product build and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

Leverages AI to identify customers unmet or unknown needs and market opportunities for enhancements or development of group of features or feature areas.

Defines and build experiences across multiple feature areas. Starts to coach internal team to develop problem statements and forms hypotheses of new feature areas.

Evangelizes the group of supported features/feature areas worked on, including AI-driven solutions, with internal and external stakeholders, partners, analysts, and customers in the industry via presentations, blog posts, social media, and other forums.

Collaborates with Product Marketing, Business Planning, and Engineering, to identify product release criteria, customer acquisition, usage, and retention strategies.

Partners with others (e.g., Data Science, SWE, HWE, User Research) to define and collect performance metrics (e.g., key performance indicators KPIs such as engagement, usage, acquisition, revenue, and in-project features).

Regularly assess industries and market landscapes to identify both short- and long-term opportunities for Teams; Drive the full product lifecycle with urgency and ownership: conduct research, define requirements, prioritize features, and launch experiences that scale globally.

Champion responsible AI by embedding transparency, reliability, privacy, and fairness in every product decision.

Qualifications Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development
- OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience improving product metrics for a product, feature, or experience in a market (e.g., growing customer base, expanding customer usage, avoiding customer churn).
- 2+ years experience disrupting a market for a product, feature, or experience (e.g., competitive disruption, taking the place of an established competing product).
Product Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
