Manager, Network Design
-
Evolve business processes and define policies for the network design life-cycle (e.g., input, validation, publication, handoff), covering architectural, hardware, and failure policies.

Drive the software roadmap for automatable tasks to reduce cycle time and improve output quality and consistency, define and instrument key business metrics analyzing them to derive insights and initiatives for improvement.

Produce reliable, consistent network designs that support demand admission within product service level objective, adhere to standards, and minimize total cost of ownership.

Lead the team by setting the idea, strategy, and goals with partners, and empower members, remove obstacles, and serve as a role model and escalation point.

Support career development through coaching, regular feedback, and fostering growth.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
-
8 years of experience in telecommunications working with optical network infrastructure, transmission systems, layer 2/3 routers, and data services.
-
8 years of experience managing and building teams.
