Provide general support to the people consultants and people partners in the operations organization. Coordinate and assist with the planning and execution of projects or events.

Facilitate the new hire/transfer brief and coordinate the associated onboarding process.

Provide insightful data, develop and deliver documentation related to local employee relations, collect, maintain, analyze, and track information.

Partner with Googlers to organize events locally.
-
Learn and master Google's internal systems and run various reports as needed.
Please note that this program is intended for candidates studying towards an Master 2 degree that offers an apprenticeship program of a french CFA (Centre de Formation d'Apprentis).
This apprenticeship is intended for students who have work authorization in France.
