Senior Vacuum Tool Set Equipment Engineer, Raxium

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on semiconductor manufacturing equipment with a primary focus on HV (High Vacuum) and UHV (Ultra High Vacuum) equipment; this includes (PECVD, PVD, ICP, RIE, Ebeam, and Thermal Tools).

Utilize technical expertise and diagnostic skills to resolve complex equipment issues and implement solutions, including using schematics, diagrams, and test equipment.

Provide comprehensive support for critical semiconductor manufacturing equipment across the dry etch and thin film deposition systems.

Collaborate with Engineering teams to support and manage equipment upgrades, new tool installations, ensure seamless integration and optimal performance.

Maintain a strong focus on safety protocols, foster a collaborative work environment, and support teams cross-functionally.

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience in maintaining and troubleshooting vacuum systems within a semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Experience supporting semiconductor equipment processes, automation systems (PLCs, robotics).
-
Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware/software issues.
