About the role

About the job

As an expert in the talent needs of our business, you will be an adviser to the people you find, engage, and guide through Google’s hiring process. By the time you have introduced a would-be Googler to our executive hiring managers, they are comfortable, well informed, and excited about the possibilities that await them here. The demands of our company, as it continues to grow and transform the industry, are great. Your sincere approach to your work makes you exceptional enough to meet them.

As an Executive Recruiter, you will focus on identifying and cultivating technical leadership talent who will help build, deliver, and drive our innovative technologies and services. You will utilize various tools, resources and sourcing methodologies to uncover and engage the talent, to develop relationships, and ultimately match them with the leadership opportunities to which they are best aligned.

You will be a trusted advisor to Google leaders with whom you partner, playing the role of a talent scout to uncover the talent in the market. Executive Recruiters at Google develop search strategies and lead engagements to position Google for success today and well into the future. We are passionate about innovating when it comes to talent, prioritizing and delivering incredible client service.

Great just isn't good enough for our People Operations team (known elsewhere as "Human Resources"). We bring the world's most innovative people to Google and provide the programs that help them thrive. Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining our core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, we bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field.
