Minimize failures experienced by customers.

Reproduce and analyze field failures to understand failure mechanism and root cause.

Ensure materials and failure analysis capabilities required to support whole device screening (Level 1) and module level (Level 2) failure analysis are in place.

Work with the cross-functional teams to take field failures from root cause identification through corrective action.

Understand factory Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) process and work on improving any gaps, based on field returns, that could result in customer failures.

Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Material Science, or equivalent practical experience.

8 years of experience troubleshooting/failure analysis.

Experience with consumer electronics products and technologies.
