Product Solutions Engineer, Google Store and Fi

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in customer or partner organizations to deliver or manage quality technical solutions and services.

Verify the functionality of a developer product feature and provide meaningful feedback to Product/Engineering teams that result in improvements to the developer experience.

Create Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) to record product specifications, validate PRDs to ensure customer/partner and internal needs are met.
-
Create repeatable solutions (e.g., best practices recommendations, tutorials, blog articles, sample code) and ensure their effective documentation. Develop and manage a streamlined technical process for onboarding new logistics partners and expanding to new countries.

Write solution code in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Collaborate with engineering to brainstorm and propose technical solutions to reduce known contact drivers.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

3 years of experience working with client-side web technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or HTTP).

3 years of experience coding with one or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C/C++, Python).
-
Experience troubleshooting technical issues for internal/external partners or customers.
-
Experience with data analysis and SQL/MySQL.
