Lead the management, operations, training, coaching and support of a cross-program team of GCS MMS Account Strategists and Account Executives.

Manage, inspire, and motivate a team of client-facing and Googlers, supporting career development and growth.

Deliver business growth, engagement and ensure high client satisfaction while meeting or exceeding goals associated with these objectives, including Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and relevant product adoption goals.

Strengthen client relations through key C-level meetings, reviews and speaking engagements.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

11 years of sales experience in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, business development, or advertising agencies.

Experience in a people management role leading sales teams.

Ability to communicate in English and Hebrew fluently to engage with clients in the region.
