The g Reach Program is a a 12-month paid upskilling program for early career and industry professionals (with less than 5 years of working experience) with disabilities where participants will receive on-the-job-training and work on a range of projects. The goal of the g Reach program is to provide participants from under-represented groups with the opportunity to grow their career as professionals.
g Reach Associates will be placed in teams across different product areas. Participants will have the opportunity to be exposed to career opportunities at Google and further sharpen their professional skills. g Reach Associates will learn to make an impact by working with teams on business-critical projects and collaborating with Googlers across a variety of functions. We welcome aspiring individuals who are willing to grow as professionals through the learning experience at Google.
As a g Reach Associate, you will work on one large project, complete a few smaller projects, or do the day-to-day work to support the business. You will contribute to the business, collaborate with others, and have the opportunity to add long-lasting value beyond the conclusion of their g Reach program. You will closely work with a host manager and team members who will help identify project goals, while also inspiring, mentoring, and supporting the professional development of the g Reach Program.
Responsibilities

Develop and provide custom presentations on Google’s Cloud Platform technologies to partners, to help them scale joint business.

Cultivate partnerships to make sure customers can take full advantage of Google's suite of offerings and contribute relationship-building skills to identify opportunities with partners in order to best represent users, products, and programs.

Analyze data, trends, and account performance, and develop account plans for publishers, and industry/country business plans for the market.

Support integration of products to partners and ensure the prompt and proper resolution of daily business challenges.

Assist Google’s approach to partnership strategy with stakeholders in Partner Programs, Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently to collaborate with colleagues and complete tasks and projects.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience in sales/partner management in the technology industry in the cloud ecosystem.
