About this role Key Responsibilities

Provide administrative and business management support to the Country Head and senior team members in South Korea.

Manage diary and schedule audio and video conference calls / meetings with multiple participants and across multiple international locations.

Arrange international and domestic travel for senior leadership team members as requested.
-
Process monthly Corporate Amex expenses and submit invoices for payment to Accounts Payable, process and approve on dashboard for payment and monitor for budget purposes.

Facilitate team-wide and firm-wide events and manage ad hoc assignments.
-
Partner with the regional HR to help manage local HR affairs and facilitate organizational enhancements to drive success across the business.
Key Requirements
-
Experience as a Team Assistant/Personal Assistant within a professional or financial services environment (highly desired but not essential).

Prior experience working in a global firm (highly preferred).
-
Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
-
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
-
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.
-
Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethics with excellent time management and organizational skills.
-
Experience dealing with business stakeholders at all levels.
-
High energy, self-motivation and a proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying effective solutions.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results within agreed timeline.

Thrive in a fast-paced, matrix environment and strong team player with a collaborative mindset.

Logical problem-solving skills, able to break down complex issues, prioritize, and allocate resources.

Interpersonal skills: ability to engage diverse set of stakeholders, understand their viewpoints, build long-term relationships, create a collaborative and inspirational environment within the team.

Ability to effectively manage projects; results oriented and able to “roll-up the sleeves” in order to accomplish necessary tasks.
