Google Customer Solutions (GCS) sales teams are trusted advisors and competitive sellers who maintain a relentless focus on customer success by bringing the best Google has to offer to small- and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), which are the backbone of our communities. As a member of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to work with company owners and make a real difference in their businesses by helping them grow. Responsibilities
-
Manage a team of Account Managers, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google’s values. Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and executive partner stakeholders.

Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.

Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.

Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.

Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
8 years of industry experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or IT, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
-
Ability to communicate in English fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications
-
6 years of experience leading to a sales portfolio, strategy and go-to-market solutions that have demonstrated significant business growth.

Experience in a leadership role within a matrixed organization.
-
Experience selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions.
-
Knowledge of the advertising landscape, including a network of existing relationships.

Knowledge of traditional and contemporary or online marketing strategy and tactics with the ability to achieve ambitious goals to drive sustained growth.

Ability to build compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
