  • Enable the safe expansion of creator tools to broader audiences by designing abuse-mitigation frameworks that balance risk reduction with ecosystem growth.

  • Define the product goal, strategy, and requirements for creator policy experience products, transforming policy interactions from blockers into educational opportunities that empower creators.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 3 years of experience in product management, engineering, or a related technical role.

  • 2 years of experience taking consumer products from conception to launch, including defining product requirements, strategy, and roadmap.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science) to drive product execution.

  • Experience applying AI/ML technologies and data-driven insights to solve user problems.
