About Salesforce
Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn’t a buzzword — it’s a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.
Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You’re in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.
The Opportunity
Data Cloud is the heart of the Salesforce ecosystem, serving as the foundational layer that powers value across every cloud. We are currently at a "game-changing" inflection point, launching a series of agentic pilots that will redefine how enterprises interact with their data.
As the Product Manager for Data Lens and Agentic Transforms, you will be at the tip of the spear for our Data360 strategy. You will own the transition from traditional, manual data engineering to a world where any user can profile, transform, and harmonize data through natural language and autonomous agents.
The Role
We are looking for a technical and growth-minded Product Manager to bridge the gap between complex data architecture and intuitive customer workflows. You will be responsible for the lifecycle of two high-priority products from early-stage pilots to General Availability (GA).
This role balances technical product execution with strategic evangelism. You will lead the engineering scrum team to build seamless, AI-driven data experiences that bridge the gap between autonomous agents and visual interfaces. Simultaneously, you will serve as a key storyteller for these innovations, showcasing the value of our platform to executive leadership, the global Salesforce community and our customers.
Key Responsibilities
-
Product Build & Strategy: Drive the roadmap for Agentic Transforms and Data Lens. Focus on reducing "time-to-value" by enabling users to create complex data pipelines through Natural Language (NL) and visual profiling.
-
Executive Evangelism & Storytelling: Author high-visibility blogs and record high-fidelity demos for executive leadership. You will represent these products at major events like Dreamforce, showcasing how Data360 is making data-driven decisions accessible to everyone.
-
Product Integration & Expansion: Drive the adoption of Data Lens as the foundational data profiling standard across the Data 360 portfolio and the broader Salesforce ecosystem. You will lead the effort to embed visual insights and data shape analysis into diverse product surfaces, partnering with cross-functional teams to integrate these capabilities directly into their workflows.
-
Customer Engagement: Partner directly with customers during Pilot and GA phases to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and "Ease of Use" requirements. By observing user behavior firsthand, you will identify and eliminate workflow friction points to ensure that our natural language and visual tools are as intuitive as possible for all skill levels.
-
Agile Leadership & Delivery: Lead the DC Morpho scrum team in partnership with UX Design to deliver a high-performance, synchronized experience between AI agents and visual interfaces. You will act as the bridge between technical architecture and user experience, applying a foundational understanding of Java services and LWC frameworks to drive product features.
-
Roadmap & Requirement Definition: Own the end-to-end requirement process for your product area. You will define the 266+ roadmap, authoring detailed PRDs that address critical customer concerns and feature requests.
Experience/Skills Required
-
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
-
Entry-level candidate transitioning directly from an academic setting into their first full-time product role
-
Previous hands-on experience in product management through an internship, co-op, capstone project, or equivalent program.
-
AI-Native Mindset: A foundational understanding of (or deep curiosity for) Generative AI, prompt engineering, RAG, or data science fundamentals.
Unleash Your Potential:
When you join Salesforce, you’ll be limitless in all areas of your life. Our benefits and resources support you to find balance and be your best, and our AI agents accelerate your impact so you can do your best. Together, we’ll bring the power of Agentforce to organizations of all sizes and deliver amazing experiences that customers love. Apply today to not only shape the future — but to redefine what’s possible — for yourself, for AI, and the world.
