Our team sits within the Sales Analytics Solutions (SAS) organization in Global Customer Solutions (GCS). Our GCS team of entrepreneurial, enthusiastic and client-focused members help entrepreneurs both individually and broadly build their online presence and grow their businesses. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $149,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Define the long-term roadmap for GCS workflows by synthesizing product metrics, customer feedback, and market knowledge.

Derive critical insights to identify solution gaps, craft compelling business cases, and prioritize high-impact features.

Partner with global executive leadership and stakeholders to build consensus on business needs.

Translate complex requirements into Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), collaborating closely with engineering and product management through design sprints and pilot programs.

Influence the full product experience by articulating requirements that align with strategic business initiatives and user workflows.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
6 years of experience in product or program management.
Preferred qualifications
-
Experience implementing technical solutions and managing the product development lifecycle.
-
Experience with data-driven analysis, reporting, and success measurement.
-
Understanding of the architecture of a technical solution, including platforms, data, integrations and constraints.

Ability to manage conflicting stakeholders and drive conflict resolution.
-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with technical and non-technical audiences.
