We work across all verticals that Alexa Audio supports, partnering with providers such as Spotify , iheartradio , Apple , Amazon music, and many others to provide services on Alexa devices and more realize their product vision at what they do best.

Alexa Audio ensures millions of customers worldwide experience seamless integration between Alexa and audio providers. As a Technical Program Manager, you'll shape the technical, product, and execution strategy for one of Amazon's fastest-growing businesses.

Drive prioritization and execution of large-scale development initiatives across diverse stakeholder organizations.

Partner with external companies to integrate Alexa capabilities into their devices and platforms.

Connect technical and business workstreams across multiple sub-teams to ensure aligned, consistent delivery.

Establish and manage organizational mechanisms that provide stakeholders with clear visibility into business performance and program health.

Track, analyze, and report program metrics and status across multiple executive communication channels.

Translate complex technical progress into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.

Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical product or program management experience
- 2+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience
- Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience

The base salary range for this position is listed below. As a total compensation company, Amazon's package may include other elements such as sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location. Amazon offers comprehensive benefits including health insurance (medical, dental, vision, prescription, basic life & AD&D insurance), Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP), Deferred Profit Sharing Plan (DPSP), paid time off, and other resources to improve health and well-being.
