Responsibilities
-
Develop separate growth strategies for a portfolio of creators, media companies and creator service providers. Focus on audience development, content optimization, and maximizing business generation opportunities.

Analyze channel performance data to identify growth opportunities and provide recommendations, leveraging YouTube Analytics.

Promote relationships with creators, maintaining open communication to understand their goals and tests.

Guide creators on best practices for YouTube business generation, including business generation, brand agreements and alternative products.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver workshops that address partner or category needs.
Minimum qualifications
-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
-
1 year of experience with developing growth strategies in the creative or media industries.
-
Experience in working with executives and cross-functionally across different levels of management.

Experience in managing agreements or partnerships.
Preferred qualifications
-
3 years of experience with developing growth strategies in the creative or media industries.

Experience in managing end-to-end partnerships.

Experience with working in a changing and collaborative environment.
-
Ability to identify business opportunities, assess financial/business benefit, structure agreements, and discuss terms with partners.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
