Define the product goal strategy and roadmap for the Hiring and Onboarding Product Area. Translate business objectives into specific product outcomes.

Synthesize external trends and performer benchmarks to ensure the product remains industry-leading.

Conduct deep customer discovery to validate Value, Usability, Feasibility, Viability, using prototypes and data-backed experiments.

Use AI to enhance product capabilities. Identify where Generative AI can solve enterprise workflow problems and provide predictive insights for Human Resources (HR) leaders. Advocate for the ethical use of AI in HR technology, ensuring all automated solutions are transparent, unbiased, and compliant.

Advocate for the product goal, partner with stakeholders to navigate business needs, and define a strategy that maximizes return on investment.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

10 years of experience in product management or related technical role.

5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).

5 years of experience in people management, with technical leadership.

Experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) product management with enterprise products.

Experience utilizing AI/ML foundations, including ethical development and AI-powered product life-cycles.
