In this role, you will be serving as the essential quality gatekeeper and release driver, delivering flawless, scalable, and performant platforms system software from New Product Introduction (NPI) to production through robust and automated infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage the software release pipeline to roll out new features and fixes to the production fleet on time.

• Qualify the software bundles to capture quality issues. Perform software qualifications, which involves smoke test, bundle upgrade or downgrade test, release test, system test, security test, performance test, reliability test, and user workload test.

• Develop test profiles to guarantee sufficient test coverage. Build and improve the infrastructure to support software qualification and releases.

• Consolidate and streamline the tools, qualification, and release infrastructure. Strengthen test result analysis through data visualization and insightful metrics.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve software problems. Adopt AI technology (e.g., Gemini) to increase test engineering productivity and enable a data-driven problem-solving approach.

Minimum qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

• 5 years of programming experience in C++, GO, or Python.

• 3 years of experience across testing, maintaining, or launching software products.

• 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.

• Experience with debugging in software development, developing and executing test plans or developing and implementing quality control procedures.

Preferred qualifications

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.

• 5 years of experience with test automation development in C++, Python or Go.

• Experience with test infrastructure development, supporting software system launch and ongoing development.

• Ability to have a strong sense of product quality, system software and handle large-scale software release.

• Ability to explore and propose technical solutions to address complex validation challenges, particularly in large-scale AI/ML infrastructure environments.

• Excellent problem-solving, consulting and organizational skills.
