Job Responsibilities

• The Wealth Management Leadership & Regional Management team involvement ranges from internal consulting, strategy, competitor data, expense management, along with management reporting for senior leadership
• Business strategy & performance management: Collaborating with Global COOs on initiatives to drive and streamline business critical projects
• Responsible for leading strategic, regulatory, and product governance initiatives across PWM EMEA, from scoping through implementation and BAU handover, while representing the business in key governance forums
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of strategic and regulatory projects across PWM EMEA.
• Conduct project scoping, impact analysis, and gap assessments
• Prepare management, board, and regulatory reporting materials
• Represent the business in working and steering groups

Basic Qualifications

• Master’s degree in finance, Economics, Business or Commerce.
• Experience in financial services industry
• Strong project management skills; Manages front to back lifecycle of a project including scoping, defining a plan and deliverables, risk and issue management, status reporting
