We work with a wide range of institutional allocators, including pensions, insurers, sovereign entities, and family offices, helping them identify hedge fund investment opportunities and facilitating meaningful introductions across regions.
The team partners closely with Prime Brokerage, Sales & Trading, and other internal stakeholders across Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, London, and New York. Our culture emphasises collaboration, intellectual curiosity, and long‑term relationship building, offering team members the opportunity to gain regional exposure and develop a broad understanding of the hedge fund and institutional investor landscape in Asia. The role offers flexibility in scope, with responsibilities tailored to the experience, tenure, and demonstrated capability of the successful candidate, as well as the requirements of the region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Primary coverage for Japan based allocators, helping allocators identify hedge fund investment opportunities and facilitating meaningful introductions across regions
- Advise Asia hedge fund clients on their capital formation strategies, including firm positioning, product development, marketing materials and target allocators segments
- Supporting capital introduction activities, coordinating roadshows, conferences, and related marketing initiatives
- Pitch and win new Prime Brokerage hedge fund mandates
