The Client Solutions Group works to develop and execute thoughtful investment solutions for institutional clients globally, including pensions, insurers, financial institutions, and governments.
ABOUT OUR ROLES
We are seeking a Vice President/Executive Director to join the Client Solutions Group (CSG) team, based in Seoul. The role will be responsible for institutional client coverage and capital raising across both alternative and traditional asset classes, partnering closely with investment teams, product specialists, and global client coverage colleagues.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive institutional client coverage and capital raising activity across Korea.
- Market and position GSAM investment capabilities across alternative and traditional asset classes.
- Develop and execute strategic coverage plans for assigned institutional accounts.
- Partner with investment, product, and client service teams to deliver high-quality client engagement.
- Lead preparation of client materials, including presentations, RFP/RFI responses, and due diligence requests.
- Maintain strong awareness of Korean institutional investor trends, regulatory developments, and competitor landscape.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in institutional sales, capital raising, or client solutions.
- Strong understanding of alternative and traditional asset classes.
- Demonstrated experience covering Korean institutional investors.
- Excellent communication, relationship management, and commercial judgment.
- Fluency in Korean and professional proficiency in English.
