Introduction
Process Integration Engineer in RF product development organization to develop, optimize, and qualify semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance, schedule and quality requirements
Your Job
-
Process integration engr responsible for development, optimization, and qualification of semiconductor devices/processes to meet performance requirements
-
DOE design, execution, and analysis of results
-
Partner process module engineers to improve device/yield performance
-
Own and drive technical process problem solving
-
Interact with fab modules engrs to resolve process related issues
-
Provide technical guidances to junior engineers
-
Innovate new methods of continuous process/ device improvement
Other Responsibilities
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Required Qualifications
-
Degree/Masters/PhD in Electrical, Electronics, Materials Engineering or equivalent
-
1-2 year’s relevant experience for PhD, 2-4 years for Masters, 4-5 years for Degree
-
Wafer Fab process integration experience is required
Preferred Qualifications
-
Knowledge of semiconductor device physics is a plus
-
Independent, resourceful, with a positive attitude toward continuous learning & knowledge acquisition
-
Excellent analytical and optimization skills
-
Great interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
