Hands-on Product Evaluation: Regularly engage with the product directly inside the vehicle to assess HMI and system performance from a user's perspective.
Orchestrate AI Integration: Maintain a strong understanding of AI implementation flows (e.g., edge-to-cloud) to evaluate the feasibility of features against hardware constraints and manage the feature roll-out.
Lead Export Initiatives: Navigate global expansion complexities, ensuring cockpit ecosystems are optimized for international markets and diverse user needs.
Stakeholder Communication: Communicate progress and plans clearly to a diverse group of stakeholders, including executives, customers, and partners, fostering a culture of transparency.

Regional Expertise: Experience with Chinese OEMs and the local tech ecosystem is highly valued.
Global Mindset: The ability to adapt China-led innovation for a variety of global cultures and markets.
Technical Voice: While not a developer, the ability to challenge technical trade-offs and speak the language of engineering.
