Description
¿Qué hace?
- Ejecutar actividades de arranque de turno
- Revisar estatus de línea con LET
- Realizar actividades de punta estrella SPQRCE.
- Participar en juntas de integracion/BPD
- Recibir entrenamiento con base a Versatility Chart y DNE
- Atención a llamados de Andon
- Brindar apoyo para la ejecución de la Auditoria Escalonada
- Dar soporte para la elaboración MST o PRETASK
- Participar en actividades de mejora continua
- Registro de actividades en formato TPM y/o SIBIMA
- Reportar condiciones de seguridad
- Ejecutar ordenes de trabajo de Mantenimiento
- Ejecución y registro de mantenimiento no programado
- Llevar e identificar refacciones
- Ejecutar actividades de WPO
- Identificación de material
- Actividades proactivas de mantenimiento
- Soportar actividades de RCM
- Revisión Espejo
Habilidades
- Escolaridad mínima: Carrera técnica en: Mecatrónica, Mecánica, Eléctrica, Electrónica, Instrumentación, Mecánica Industrial o afín a mantenimiento de procesos industriales.
- Amplio conocimiento en sistemas eléctricos y mecánicos incluyendo: electricidad y electrónica (PLC, HMI), controles e instrumentación, conductores mecánicos, neumáticos, hidráulicos.
- Conocimiento de procesos secuenciados y capacidad de diagnóstico a través de la observación y el análisis.
- Conocimiento general del mantenimiento preventivo, predictivo y correctivo
- Experiencia: Deseable
- Disponible para rolar turnos
- Enfoque al trabajo no cíclico
- Enfoque a la Calidad y seguridad
- Habilidades de comunicación oral, a señas y/o escrita
- Trabajo en equipo
- Proactividad con alta capacidad de destreza manual, atención al detalle.
- Poseer buena resistencia física y coordinación. Podría ser necesario pararse y/o caminar durante largos períodos de tiempo al día mientras se dobla, gira, inclina y alcanza con frecuencia. Podría ser necesario levantar periódicamente hasta 15kg.
