As a Material Handler you will be receiving inbound shipments and building kits for assembly.

Roles and Responsibilities:
-
Maintain inventory accuracy.
-
Receive inbound material/equipment, which includes uncrating/unpacking/removal from pallets as well as documentation verification.

Physically stock parts, materials, supplies and tools, while maintaining electronic traceability.

Pick/issue material for sales orders & kits for assembly, while assuring the correct parts are being issued.

Pack material/units for shipping utilizing commercial/military standards, to ensure material is not damaged in handling or shipment.

Review shipping documentation to ensure items shipped reach the proper destination.
Qualifications/Requirements:
-
Experience handling and preparing materials for assembly preferred.
-
Good dexterity: the ability to use basic hand tools, and electronic scale/counter.
-
Ability to load/unload commercial couriers, utilizing a forklift, pallet jack, or any other equipment necessary.
-
Strong computer skills within a Windows environment.
-
Ability to work with minimum supervision and work to written job instructions.
-
Responsible for self-inspection of own work.
-
This position requires U.S. citizenship status.
-
Minimum of 6 months of material handling and/or preparing materials for assembly.
-
This role may encounter high risk or hazardous operations and/or include working shifts beyond a standard workweek. As such, a requirement of the role is to be at least 18 years of age by the time of joining.
Eligibility Requirements:
-
Must be able to lift up to 10-30 pounds repetitively, and lift up to 50 pounds non-repetitively.

High School Diploma / GED.
-
Minimum of 6 months of material handling and/or preparing materials for assembly.
