Site Overview:

Our Multi-modal Manufacturing Facility (MMF) in Pune plays a crucial role in manufacturing key aerospace components, supporting not only India’s defence and commercial sectors but also global aviation supply chains. Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem.

Role Overview:

• Responsible for Supplier development, NC monitoring, tracking and improvement with 8D / RCA with robust qualification & documentation.

• Responsible for Supplier performance monitoring, process audits & continuous improvement

• Sound knowledge in ISO 9001 / AS9100 QMS Requirements and application

• Hands-on experience in new parts development, qualification & controlling

• Ensuring EHS & Quality compliance at supplier end, on time MRB disposition, collaborate with CFT for resolution

• Should be aware of Value Stream Mapping , 5S, kaizens, Knowledge sharing, Read across etc.

• Collaborate with Sourcing, Material to understand requirements & solve problem

• Responsible for Supplier Deviation request on Supplier discrepancy & working with engineering for disposition.

• Responsible for Process Change management at supplier end

The Ideal Candidate:Candidate should have strong knowledge of ISO/AS9100, FAI, Vendor Development, GD&T and experience in PCB and Electronics/Electrical Components

Required Qualification:

• B.E Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Mechatronics

• 10 to 15 years’ experience in Supplier Quality with experience in problem solving, Supplier Quality, Audits, NPI, Supplier performance monitoring & improvement

• Strong experience of MSA, SPC (Process capability), Quality tool management

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hand on experience in PCB and Electronics/Electrical Components

• Aviation industry quality standard / AS9100 system knowledge

• Experience in Six Sigma, Lean manufacturing, value stream mapping & APQP will be added advantage
