Job Description Summary

Production Planner is responsible for planning and coordinating repair jobs and managing material flow to ensure smooth shop operations. This role ensures the timely availability of materials, the execution of jobs according to plan, continuity of supply through close supplier coordination, and effective inventory control using min–max planning. The Planner works closely with Operations, Logistics, Sourcing, and Finance to track job progress, manage priorities, maintain accurate ERP data, and proactively identify risks that could impact delivery. A minimum of 3 years of experience in project planning, material planning, production planning, or a similar operational role is required.

Job Description

Essential Responsibilities

• Plan and track repair jobs from start to completion.

• Ensure timely availability of materials to support production.

• Ensure jobs are executed according to the plan.

• Work with suppliers to ensure continuity of material supply.

• Manage min max inventory setup and replenishment.

• Coordinate with operations, logistics, sourcing, and finance on job priorities.

• Maintain accurate project, material, and inventory data in ERP.

• Identify and escalate material or planning risks early.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.

• Experience in project and material planning in an operational environment.

• Hands-on experience working with suppliers and inventory planning.

• Knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle / SAP preferred).

• Strong coordination, planning, and communication skills.
