Internal logistics operation including customs for inbound and outbound deliveries, reporting to the authorities in Romania for all transactions related to Logistic operations.

• What you'll do

• Identification of Transport Companies (Domestic and International)

• Processing of Transport Orders (Domestic and International) & e-transport report to the Romanian Authorities

• Preparation of Dispatch Notes and Management of Import/Export Formalities

• Completion of the INTRASTAT Declaration and CBAM report

• Management and Tracking of Purchase Requests (PR)

• Preparation and Issuance of Requests for Quotation (RFQ)

• Management and Analysis of Quotations

• Preparation and Issuance of Purchase Orders (PO)

• Monitoring and Receipt of Purchase Orders (PO)

• Negotiation and Contracting

• Approval of Procurement Costs for GEPSR Offers

• What you'll bring (Basic Qualifications)

• College or university degree

• Fluent language skills in Romanian and English

• Strong experience in a similar role

• Relevant knowledge, experience in logistics and customs field

• Good communications skills

• SAP and Excel user level knowledge
