The Freelance Sales Integration Coordinator plays a key role in bridging Sales and Content teams to ensure digital sponsorship campaigns are executed seamlessly across FOX Sports’ ecosystem. This role manages day-to-day campaign workflow, creative asset coordination, partnership tracking, and cross-functional communication across major sports verticals. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Campaign Coordination & Cross-Functional Communication:

  • Act as primary liaison between Sales, Content, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of sponsorship campaigns

  • Coordinate with production on creative tests, design reviews, and walkthroughs prior to presenting campaigns to clients

Creative & Design Workflow Management:

  • Streamline communication of weekly graphic requests and approval cycles between Sales and internal creative resources
  • Support the ideation and packaging of branded content concepts for prospective and active advertisers

Campaign Tracking, Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain and update weekly campaign and pipeline trackers (sales grids, pacing trackers, sponsored content trackers, etc.)
  • Leverage internal reporting and audience data to monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities, and ensure fulfillment of KPIs
  • Create internal and client-facing recap decks summarizing campaign performance, impact, and key learnings

Partnership Amplification & Audience Development:

  • Oversee the amplification of the special projects/partnerships across digital channels in collaboration with sport leads
  • Assist in additional monetization streams, including audio, podcasts, and syndication initiatives
  • Test, launch, and optimize audience development campaigns using web-based discovery tools (e.g., Tik Tok Spark, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)

Strategic Input & Marketing Support:

  • Conduct competitive research to identify emerging branded content trends and new sponsorship opportunities
  • Support broader revenue initiatives by contributing insights to tentpole planning and cross-platform marketing efforts

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 1+ years of experience in digital media, marketing, partnerships, production, or sales support (internships included)
  • Strong communication and organization skills with proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong interest and knowledge of sports across verticals
  • Comfortable collaborating across internal teams and external partners
  • Proficient in slide-building, asset organization, workflow planning, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to be flexible and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
