JOB DESCRIPTION

FOX Sports is seeking experienced Freelance Graphics Operators (Erizos Studio) to support live studio production. The Freelance Graphics Operator will execute real-time AR/XR graphics in a fast-paced broadcast environment, working closely with producers, directors, and design teams to deliver dynamic on-air visuals.

This is a freelance IATSE role and requires membership in the Union and adhere to the minimum conditions described in the bargaining agreement

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Operate Erizos Studio to trigger and control AR, XR, and virtual studio elements during live broadcasts
• Execute graphics within a rundown-driven, template-based workflow
• Navigate and adjust 3D environments to ensure accurate spatial alignment of AR/XR elements
• Position, rotate, and scale virtual objects relative to live cameras and set geometry
• Verify depth, occlusion, perspective, and parallax for seamless on-air integration
• Interface with Pixotope (Unreal Engine environments) via established plugins and workflows
• Manage assets using Media Hub and Erizos Agent
• Maintain focus and accuracy under live, high-pressure conditions

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Experience operating real-time broadcast graphics systems in live production
• Working knowledge of Unreal Engine and/or Pixotope
• Strong understanding of 3D coordinate systems (world, camera, object space)
• Ability to communicate clearly with directors and camera operators while working in a 3D space
• Ability to stay organized and execute under tight time constraints
• Available early mornings, evenings and weekends

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

• Experience with Erizos Studio
• Familiarity with soccer

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $55.00-68.00 per hour.
