Diagnose and provide service and repairs to hotel equipment including electrical, plumbing, steam, gas, fire & safety, HVAC refrigeration, interior, paint and decorating, Specializes in the maintenance and repair of hotel laundry and kitchen equipment. And respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.

This role is part of the Engineering department, reporting to the assistant director of Engineering.

What you will do:

• Implement and handle preventative maintenance of all equipment and update appropriate logs

• 实施并负责所有设备的预防性维护，并更新相关记录。

• Diagnose and handle all repairs of equipment including motors, starters, breakers, chillers and associated equipment throughout the entire building

• 诊断并处理整栋楼宇内所有设备的维修，包括电机、启动器、断路器、冷水机组及相关设备。

• Handle the calendars for the Dir of Engineering and Chief Engineering for appointments with contractors and vendors.

• 负责工程总监和总工程师与承包商、供应商约见的日程安排。

• Respond to guest calls regarding maintenance of rooms and equipment in rooms or public area in a timely manner.

• 及时响应客人关于房间或公共区域设备维护的电话。

• Take an active part in elevator professional training; Familiar with elevator safety rules and regulations; A valid certification is necessary

• 积极参与电梯专业培训；熟悉电梯安全规则与条例；必须持有效资格证书。

• Install electrical and mechanical systems for renovations, outlet additions and associated equipment and provide electrical set ups for exhibits including maintenance of those set-ups.

What you bring:

• A minimum of one year of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience is required.

• Good knowledge of hotel fire, life-safety systems and equipment
