We are currently seeking a dynamic Traffic/Shipping Coordinator to contribute to the success of our rapidly growing business.

As a Traffic/Shipping Coordinator, you will:

• Daily shipping documents preparation.

• Import & export Customs declaration, Customs issues follow-up.

• Communicate with worldwide customers about shipment delivery.

• Daily receiving activities via systems.

• Communicate with global teams for receiving issues.

• Work and resolve Customer RMA Service related queries through tickets in accordance with Fortinet policies.

• Meet Fortinet SLA and apply policy standards.

• Process both manual and automated RMA related orders.

• Attend to all emails and enquiries on RMA related issues.

• Follow up any RMA escalation and report to management.

• Participate in physical Inventory process by investigating and solving inventory discrepancies.

• Participate in RMA process and performance enhancement.

• Verify and correct RMA discrepancies into systems.

• Manage internal and external RMA escalations.

• Follow up on internal inventory transfer to remote RMA depots upon stock shortage.

• Generate timely reports measuring key performance indicator and other analysis as directed by senior management.

• Maintain internal RMA websites and documentation up-to-date with relevant RMA information.

• Oracle experience is a plus.
