In this position...

Experienced Manufacturing Engineer leading the M3+ Engineering Studies including What-if’s, and Vignettes through
responses (Prior to LL Funding and Formal RFQ’s) and supporting the Capital Investment Budget preparation for PTME.

You'll have...

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or equivalent manufacturing engineering.

• 5+ years of experience in large-scale manufacturing involved with Machining experience.

• Experience leading teams performing technical engineering work in either a formal or informal capacity.

• Experience with tooling, process, quality, and or facility equipment in a production environment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Ability to analyze and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

This position is a salary grade 6-8 and ranges from $72,480-162,120.

Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.

What you'll do...

• Workload covers M3+ Engineering Studies in Machining areas including What-if’s, and Vignettes through
  responses (Prior to LL Funding and Formal RFQ’s).
• Complete study work with PD (i.e. Product word assumptions, BoD / BoP requirements).
• Fully complete the MA0 and MA1 assessments.
• Identify any BoP updates to be done on legacy equipment.
• Review and Incorporate any High Hurt Actions.
• Develop the manufacturing study response and management review decks (i.e. Deep Dive Decks).
• Deliver study hand off packages to Production Engineering.
• Complete study and GPRM input.
• Develop layout level 1 release (and study alternatives).
• Support and concur HPU target setting.
• Reuse Governance – Maintain list of Available Assets, Investigate Reuse Opportunities & Determine ‘Best Fit’ applications for assets available to redeploy.
