Ford Blue is the global retail business unit for Gas and Hybrid vehicles, including go-to-market initiatives and sales, revenue and profit growth. Ford Blue is also responsible for the primary relationship with Ford’s dealer network and our shared customers, making sure their voices are heard throughout Ford and that customers are receiving best-in-class service and experiences.
The position is key to the successful operation of Ford Blue and is an excellent role for individuals who are eager to learn, contribute and be a part of a fast-paced environment.
What you'll do...
GOVERNANCE: Manage efficient planning, processes, and information flows for the global leadership team to enable strategic decision making and uncover blind spots.
Manage global governance forums including setting agendas, coordinating with presenters, facilitating the meetings to drive to decisions, and following up on actions.
Lead the creation of the monthly Business Operations Review and Board materials. Working closely across the Blue operational groups to craft a high quality, data driven, concise and action-oriented report on the state of the global Blue business.
Manage the Ford Blue governance calendar and recurring lookaheads to identify connections and gaps.
Coordinate with Ford Blue Regional Business Offices to ensure assignments are on time and with quality.
Manage global SharePoint to centralize key information and increase transparency.
For areas of the business that are trending off track, ensure the leadership team are receiving regular updates.
STRATEGY: Drive implementation of Ford Blue strategy and priorities with a focus on key areas of growth, product and portfolio decisions, and dealer and customer experience.
Support the annual objectives and KPI setting process for Ford Blue (aligned with corporate objectives), cascading to Blue Leaders and applicable cross-functional teams.
Track the KPI’s monthly and coordinate PDCAs with DRIs when performance is below plan.
Complete ad hoc and special projects in alignment with CEO and/or ELT strategic priorities.
- Provide whitespace thinking on new, emerging, and complex challenges and opportunities for the business.
CULTURE: Improve team-wide information flows and onboarding for employees to enable change management and dissemination of resources required for success.
Role model Ford OS behaviors.
Drive adoption new tools and technology across Ford Blue for efficient information flows from the global leaders and team collaboration.
You'll bring...
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in a operations or finance role.

Excellent communicator in written and verbal form.
Ability to understand and distill data analysis to deliver insights.
Willingness to adapt to shifting priorities and work in an agile manner within a fast-paced environment.
Proven organizational skills and directing multiple teams and departments.
Proven success in a project management and coordination role.
Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.

This position is leadership level 6 and ranges from $112,680- $187,000
