Quality Inspection Associate:

About your role:You will inspect card stock in a high-volume manufacturing environment to ensure products meet quality and security standards. You will identify defects, perform rework or disposition, and record inspection results to support production accuracy and traceability.

What you’ll do:

• Inspect finished and in-process cards using visual checks and precision measurement tools.
• Identify defect causes; mark, sort, and stage items for rework or secure destruction.
• Prepare non-conformance reports and maintain inspection records.
• Enter inspection and production data into PC systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Operate inspection fixtures, hand tools, and basic material handling equipment.
• Perform first-line equipment troubleshooting and escalate as needed.
• Support productivity, safety, quality, and Continuous Improvement activities.

Experience you’ll need to have:

• 1+ years of quality assurance or fast-paced inspection experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years of equivalent combination of educational background, related experience, and/or military experience.

Experience that would be great to have:

• 2+ years of experience in PC-based data entry and Microsoft Excel for production records.
• Familiarity with card personalization, lamination, and secure handling procedures.

How you’ll work:

• You will work an assigned schedule of Monday-Friday; 2:00pm-10:30pm
• This role requires flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays.
• This role requires frequent moving and/or carrying of materials weighing up to 50 pounds.
• This role requires the ability to stand for a majority of the shift; safely lift and/or carry up to 50 pounds; lift above your shoulders; and climb, squat, kneel, twist, push, and bend frequently during each shift.
