Senior Product Manager:

Within Fiserv’s Payments organization, the Senior Product Manager – Issuing is responsible for the end-to-end ownership of issuer processing and issuing product capabilities, supporting both client growth and platform scalability.

This role acts as a strategic bridge between clients, sales, business, and technology teams, leading a team of Business Analysts and translating complex business, regulatory, and market needs into scalable, standardized, and cloud-ready product outcomes. The position has a strong focus on the Colombian market, while aligning with Fiserv’s global product strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product vision, roadmap, and lifecycle for Issuing and issuer processing capabilities within Fiserv’s Payments portfolio.

• Serve as a primary product interface for strategic clients, acting as a trusted advisor on issuing solutions, growth strategies, and operational challenges.

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Business Analysts, ensuring high-quality requirement definition, prioritization, and delivery.

• Translate business, regulatory, and client needs into well-prioritized product backlogs, balancing customization with scalability, resilience, and platform standardization.

• Represent the voice of clients and the local market within global product planning and prioritization discussions.

• Influence client product roadmaps while maintaining alignment with Fiserv’s global issuer platform architecture and long-term strategy.

• Collect and analyze continuous client and market feedback to inform roadmap evolution and product enhancements.

• Partner closely with engineering, architecture, operations, risk, compliance, sales, and PMO teams to ensure successful execution and adoption.

• Lead complex initiatives end-to-end, delivering against scope, timelines, quality standards, and business objectives.

• Drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and organizational structuring across product and delivery teams.

• Support the rollout and adoption of new features and capabilities, enabling incremental commercial opportunities.

• Support sales teams in pre-sales activities, including solution design, product presentations, demos, and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.

• Ensure consistent and transparent communication of product capabilities, releases, and roadmap updates to stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or equivalent experience.

• 10+ years of experience in product ownership or product management within financial services, payments, banking, or fintech.

• Proven experience leading Business Analysts or cross-functional product teams.

• Experience working in Agile (Scrum / SAFe) or hybrid environments, with direct ownership of product backlogs.

• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and architecture teams on solution design and trade-off decisions.

• Demonstrated experience in process improvement, project leadership, and organizational design.

• Experience supporting commercial teams and participating in client-facing and sales-enablement initiatives.

• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• Based in Bogotá, Colombia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with issuer processing platforms, card issuing, and transaction processing workflows.

• Knowledge of payment ecosystems, card schemes, and banking regulations in Colombia, Latin America, or global markets.

• Exposure to cloud-native, API-driven, configurable, or multi-tenant B2B platforms.

• Experience working within large, global, matrixed technology organizations.

• Postgraduate degree or certification in Product Management, Payments, Technology, or Business.
