This role is integral in aligning technology solutions with the client law firm’s operational goals, ensuring streamlined workflows, and driving adoption across teams.

The ideal candidate brings a background in technical system administration paired with proven experience in SaaS ecosystems, workflow automation, and platform administration. You’ll serve as both a problem-solver and a strategic advisor, capable of leading cross-functional initiatives, managing platform updates, and training staff.
