The Role

Fidelity Charitable is seeking a strategic leader to serve as Director of Product Management, responsible for a portfolio of donor‑ and nonprofit‑facing programs that advance our mission and support the evolving needs of donors, nonprofit organizations, advisors, and institutional partners.

Reporting to the Vice President, this role is accountable for setting program and product strategy, translating enterprise priorities into clear roadmaps, supporting current FC programs, and ensuring effective execution across complex, cross‑functional initiatives. The Director operates at the intersection of strategy and delivery, working with Senior Managers and partnering across the organization to drive scalable, client‑centric, and compliant outcomes.

As donor expectations continue to evolve, this role plays a key part in advancing Fidelity Charitable’s programs and operating models to support sustainable growth and impact in a highly collaborative environment.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • Leading the strategy, roadmap, and performance of donor- and nonprofit-facing product offerings

  • Translating enterprise priorities into clear, actionable, and measurable initiatives and outcomes

  • Partnering effectively with philanthropic strategists, fundraising, service delivery, compliance, marketing, finance, legal, and risk teams

  • Identifying opportunities to scale, optimize, or enhance offerings while proactively managing risk

  • Coaching, mentoring, and developing senior managers and leaders

  • Communicating with clarity and credibility to executive stakeholders and influencing across a matrixed organization

  • Relevant experience typically includes 8–10+ years in product management, program management, or comparable strategic roles with demonstrated people-leadership responsibility

  • Experience supporting donor-facing or service-based financial offerings is preferred, and expertise in the nonprofit or philanthropy space is strongly preferred

  • A Bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or equivalent professional experience is a plus

The Team

Fidelity Charitable is a public charity and sponsor of the nation’s largest donor-advised fund program. For more than 30 years, we have helped donors increase their charitable impact through innovative philanthropic solutions.

We partner closely with teams across Product Management, Service Delivery, Technology, Fundraising, Marketing, Finance, Risk, Legal, and Relationship Management to support our mission and continuously evolve how we serve donors and nonprofits.
