About the Role:
Reporting to the Data & AI leadership within the Global IT organization, the AI CoE Manager leads the Artificial Intelligence Center of Excellence and plays a pivotal role in enabling the adoption of AI across the Group. You act as a strategic and technical reference point, ensuring that AI initiatives support business priorities while remaining sustainable, scalable, and aligned with enterprise principles.
Operating within the Data & AI function, you collaborate closely with business units, Global IT teams, and partners to drive a coherent, enterprise wide approach to Artificial Intelligence.
This role is based in our Alba offices, with flexibility for remote work up to two days per week.
Main Responsibilities:
You will define, govern, and continuously evolve solution design standards and architectural guidelines for Artificial Intelligence solutions, ensuring consistency and coherence across use cases, platforms, and delivery teams. This includes leading design review and approval processes, promoting the reuse of patterns and accelerators, and ensuring that non functional requirements such as security, performance, reliability, and maintainability are systematically embedded in AI solutions in alignment with enterprise and Data & AI technical platform standards.
You will oversee the adoption of robust AI engineering practices across the full solution lifecycle, including model training, deployment, serving, monitoring, and continuous improvement.Ensuring the consistent use of the enterprise tool chain for code, models, and AI agents, as well as the operational quality and reliability of AI solutions in production, will be a core accountability of the role.
A key responsibility will be the definition and maintenance of evaluation and supervision frameworks for AI solutions, enabling business application and agent owners to assess performance and prevent compliance drift. You will ensure that bias mitigation, explainability, security controls, and regulatory compliance checks are properly implemented and monitored over time, in line with Responsible AI principles.
You will actively support delivery teams in the design and implementation of AI solutions, acting as a technical authority on standards and quality while enabling effective execution. In close collaboration with the Data Science team and the Data CoE, you will contribute to the exploration of innovative technologies, leverage new capabilities in existing platforms, and ensure end to end efficiency and seamless workflows for ML and AI solutions. Continuous engagement with business stakeholders will be essential to identify opportunities and maximize the impact of AI across the organization.
In addition, you will lead and develop the AI CoE team, guiding the growth of key roles such as AI Architects, AI Engineers, and AI Evaluation specialists. You will coordinate technology partners and AI specialized suppliers, ensuring a strong and scalable ecosystem to support the delivery, evolution, and sustainability of AI solutions at enterprise level.
About You:
You hold a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related discipline, and have built a solid professional track record over several years working with Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic solutions at scale. You bring a strong background in Data, AI, and advanced analytics, with extensive experience in technical or coordination roles within complex enterprise environments.
Your expertise includes a deep understanding of cloud architectures, data platforms, and modern engineering practices such as DevOps, MLOps, LLMOps, and Agent Ops. You are comfortable defining standards, governance frameworks, and evaluation models, and you have a strong awareness of data security, regulatory compliance, and Responsible AI principles.
You are fluent in English and you are used to working in cross functional and multicultural environments, engaging business and technical stakeholders with credibility and clarity. Experience in managing technology partners and vendor ecosystems complements your strong analytical mindset, leadership capabilities, and ability to balance innovation with governance.
