About the Role:
For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Group e Shopper Development Division Manager to lead the global e Commerce shopper development strategy with overall objective of maximizing the visibility and conversion of Ferrero brands online.
Main Responsibilities:
You turn strategy into action, and you make it easy for markets to execute with quality and consistency. You will:

You develop and run group initiatives for e Commerce digital activation, search, and digital shelf execution, improving the online experience while supporting sales growth.

You shape the group e Commerce portfolio strategy with regional teams, guiding online pack propositions, launch recommendations, and activation plans across product, packaging, media, and content.

You build clear governance: budgeting guidelines, investment principles, and reporting routines, while coordinating with media teams and external partners to track performance and improve what matters.
About You:
You bring around 15 years of experience translating e Commerce strategy into day-to-day execution across multiple markets, and you know how to align people around shared standards. You communicate simply, act with ownership, and coach others so the work lands locally with real quality.

You have delivered digital activation and search plans that improved visibility, conversion, or share on e Commerce platforms.

You can build digital shelf standards and content guidelines, and you know how to track KPIs and integrate them into regular reporting.

You can set budgeting and investment principles, manage external partners, and collaborate smoothly with marketing, category, and commercial teams to shape outcomes.
