About the Role:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for a Global e Commerce Digital Shelf a critical role for delivering Ferrero’s ambitious e Commerce commercial objectives. In your role you will need to lead the development and implementation of foundational Digital Shelf Execution including content creation and localization across regions and will be the global expert on digital shelf KPIs, standards and data management.

Main Responsibilities:

You translate direction into delivery, and you make progress visible and useful for teams around the world. In this role, you will:

• You develop and own the roadmap for rolling out and improving digital shelf technologies, ensuring consistent execution of strategic pillars across markets.

• You track program progress through regular business reviews, monitor availability, visibility, and conversion, and report clear insights to global and local management teams.

• You turn performance data into actionable stories, recommending concrete action plans and supporting continuous improvement in digital shelf execution and content at scale.

About You:

You bring solid 10+ years of experience, hands-on experience and enjoy working at the intersection of data, technology, and collaboration. You take ownership, explain insights clearly, and follow topics through from analysis to implementation.

• You bring more than six years of experience in FMCG, CPG, or similar environments, with direct exposure to digital shelf management and external data providers.

• You can interpret digital shelf shopper drivers, translate data into clear concepts, and support sound decision-making within a matrix organization.

• You work confidently in English and with MS Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and you have applied customer SEO in a practical context.
