Involves completing and coordinating office-based administrative tasks, usually relating financial and facilities maintenance activities

General Job Description

Under close supervision completes the following activities:

  • Contact with the corporate financial team and follow Stations' financial processes: payable and receivable Accounts; Quotations processes; Purchase Order; Issuance of invoices.
  • Support with local suppliers' relationship.
  • Support the activities of requesting office supplies, operational equipment and services and enter expenses in the ERP system.
  • Administrative activities related to hydraulic and electrical maintenance services, telephone switchboard and cleaning/ conservation services.
  • Gathering information for preparing station's general budget and in the management/tracking of general costs.
  • Provide support in the tracking of station's fixed fund.
  • Provide assistance in staffing administration activities.
  • Other administrative sector routines.
  • May perform other activities as assigned

Minimum Requirements: Minimum education

  • High School Degree/Equivalent.
  • English knowledge

Minimum Experience

  • One (1) year related experience
