Position Overview:
Are you ready to be a catalyst for change? We are seeking a visionary Tax Technology & Innovation Specialist to lead the charge in our digital transformation journey. In this pivotal role, you will empower our talented tax professionals by bridging the gap between tax, technology, and data. Your mission: to design and implement intelligent solutions that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and client experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Empower Tax Professionals: Collaborate with our expert teams to identify and design technology-enabled solutions that elevate compliance, reporting, and advisory services.

Drive Innovation: Leverage automation, AI, and data analytics to optimize workflows and unlock new insights in tax processes.

Transform Data into Action: Develop and deploy digital tools and dashboards that convert complex tax data into actionable insights for our clients.

Champion Digital Adoption: Support the implementation of EY’s global digital platforms and technologies, providing training and guidance to enhance our team's capabilities.

Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep abreast of emerging digital trends shaping the future of tax, data, and AI, ensuring our practice remains at the forefront of innovation.

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.

Experience in tax compliance, data analytics, automation, or digital transformation is preferred.

Proficiency with Power BI (or similar analytics tools), with experience in AI tools considered an advantage.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual-thinking skills.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate business needs into digital solutions.
