Area of responsibilities and tasks:

Leading engagements in the field of M&A: deal origination, execution and closing,

Developing new business opportunities through network of own and firm contacts,

Development of new products and service offerings to expand business,
-
Coaching junior staff, efficient knowledge sharing,

Financial modeling and economic analysis of companies and investment projects,
-
Participation in the negotiation process.
Skills and attributes for success:
-
Higher education in economics and/or finance,
-
MBA or equivalent degree is a plus,
-
CFA certification,
-
Strong relevant experience (5 years and up) in Corporate Finance Advisory/Investment, Banking/Private Equity/Management Consulting/Corporate In-house Corporate Finance or M&A,
-
Excellent analytical skills,
-
Ability to develop new opportunities through own contacts network,
-
Leadership potential, experience of leading large teams and several projects simultaneously,
-
Professional attitude and ability to work under time pressure,
-
Excellent communication and presentation skills,
-
Strong financial modeling experience,
-
Fluent speaking (both Russian and English),
-
Strong business writing skills (both Russian and English).
