Mission
Lead the full commissioning scope for large and complex high-voltage substation projects. Manage an international team of commissioning engineers on site, ensuring safe, high-quality, and on-schedule execution in compliance with GE EHS and quality standards.

This is a site-based position, during the execution phase we require a 100% site presence. The site is located near Łeba.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and mobilize site commissioning teams; track progress against schedule and budget

• Set up and implement the Completion Management System (CMS) and LOTO procedures

• Oversee and report on EHS performance, quality, and contractor progress

• Coordinate with the design office for technical documentation and data

• Prepare commissioning documentation (e.g. ITPs, reports, non-conformance records)

• Manage risks, opportunities, and lessons learned related to commissioning activities

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience in commissioning management

• several years of experience in commissioning large substations or related HV projects

• Hands-on experience with HV/MV switchgear, transformers, protection, SCADA, and cabling systems

• Strong knowledge of international and Polish standards for commissioning works

• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Fluent in English and Polish; other languages a plus
