What We Do & Your Role:

Our technology teams develop essential, enterprise-grade applications and solutions that drive business outcomes. We work on a variety of projects, leveraging both traditional coding, low-code platforms, and modern AI capabilities to deliver results efficiently and innovatively.

Working closely with experienced mentors and multi-disciplinary teams, you will:

• Develop and Maintain Applications: Assist in the full application lifecycle (design, develop, test, deploy) for various enterprise solutions.

• Contribute to Open Source: Leverage your general coding skills to contribute to our internal open-source development projects and initiatives.

• Utilize Modern Platforms: Gain expertise in developing applications on a leading low-code application development platform and learn how to integrate AI tools to automate workflows, enrich user experiences, or generate insights.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and clients to translate complex requirements into functional solutions, including identifying where AI technologies can improve efficiency, quality, or decision‑making.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure applications are efficient, secure, and responsive, participating in code reviews and adhering to global consulting standards.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Core Aptitude: A demonstrable passion for software development and a strong willingness to learn new technologies and platforms quickly.

• Foundational Knowledge: Solid understanding of general programming concepts and languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL, C#, Python, HTML/CSS).

• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field.

• Adaptability: The flexibility and curiosity to work across different technology stacks.
