Global Delivery Services refers to EY's worldwide network of service delivery centers. The GDS team plays an important role in EY’s strategy by ensuring effective support to EY’s growth agenda.

Client service is focused on providing Consulting, Assurance, Tax, Strategy & Transactions, and Knowledge support to our clients around the world. The teams enable account teams worldwide to provide seamless, high-quality, value-added support, helping deliver exceptional client service.

Enablement Services provides cost-effective, high-skilled, and innovative services to support EY’s global and local enablement teams. Markets, BMC, AWS, Finance and Accounting, Risk Management, Procurement, People Shared Services, IT Service Delivery and IT Global Infrastructure services, are among the services offered by Enablement Services.

Our innovation specialists serve the GDS Client Service and Enablement Services teams, along with Service Lines, Core Business Services and Sectors. The competencies offered include analytics, digital, user experience, mobile technology, infrastructure, Microsoft technologies and open innovation.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a skilled SAP EPPM Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP Enterprise Portfolio and Project Management solutions across the organization. In this role, you will work closely with business and on shore team to demonstrate and implement SAP S/4HANA EPPM capabilities.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to digital transformation initiatives and enable project excellence across multiple industries.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Configure SAP S/4HANA modules including PPM (Portfolio & Project Management), PS (Project System), CPM (Commercial Project Management), and related FICO/Procurement and other downstream integrations.

• Drive deployment activities including requirement analysis, system configuration, testing, UAT support, and documentation.

• Collaborate with PMO/Business teams to translate project governance requirements into SAP EPPM functionalities.

• Create dashboards and reporting structures for portfolio visibility, KPIs, risks, project status, and operational metrics.

• Deliver user training, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions across business teams.

• Ensure alignment with SAP best practices, data quality standards, and compliance guidelines.

Skills and attributes for success

Ideally, you’ll also

• Have experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield or Brownfield implementations for EPPM or PS.

• Bring domain expertise in any of the sectors like Engineering, Construction, IT Services, Manufacturing.

Technical Skills:

• Have experience in SAP S/4HANA Greenfield or Brownfield implementations for EPPM and PS.

• Have good experience in working with Project Systems, integration of PPM with Project Systems like Attribute Synchronisation, Status synchronisation & integration of CPM with Project Systems.

• Have good experience in Project management like Project Structure. Resource management, Phase approvals, accounting integrations of Project management.

• Have good experience in Portfolio management like items, Proposals, Initiatives, Reviews. And sub functions like Financial planning, Financial KPIs, Decision points and.
