What role will you play in our team

We are seeking a German or Italian speaking Technical Engineer to deliver high‑value engineering services and lubrication solutions for key customers, primarily in Germany and Italy. The role combines deep technical expertise, problem‑solving, and consultative value selling, while working closely with sales teams, distributors, and cross‑functional partners. This role is based in Prague, Czech Republic (our office is Based in Prague 3) and requires a valid driving license. Regular travel is expected, with approximately 25–50% of the time spent visiting customers.

What will you do

  • Deliver planned engineering services and lubrication solutions for assigned key accounts.

  • Analyze equipment and lubrication performance, conduct root cause analysis, and support technical incident investigations.

  • Identify opportunities for value creation through product upgrades, new product introductions, and enhanced service offerings using total cost of ownership (TCO) and benefit‑selling approaches.

  • Provide technical expertise on lubrication products, applications, machinery, and engineering processes to customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Train, coach, and mentor sales teams, distributors, and customers on technical applications and product knowledge.

  • Support customer trials, technical evaluations, and implementation of lubrication solutions in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.

  • Work closely with Marketing, Customer Service, laboratories, and Operations to develop and deliver technical offers.

  • Apply consultative selling methodologies to support commercial discussions and long‑term customer value creation.

  • Maintain a continuous learning mindset to strengthen technical, commercial, and customer‑facing capabilities.

  • Collaborate effectively across teams while managing multiple priorities and customer needs.

About you

  • Skills and Qualifications

  • Mechanical or Chemical Engineering Degree masters or bachelor's degree is required

  • Language proficiency in German or Italian (native or full professional level)

  • Driving license and flexibility to travel 25-50% max
