Come be part of the Lubricants Operations Department of Exxon Mobil affiliate in Mexico with more than 135 years of presence in the country and a workforce of 268 employees. Our offices are located at Vallejo, Mexico City.
What role you will play in our team
-
Process Advisor in charge of generating initiatives for process optimization, imoplementing LEAN, coordinating required activities for process changes, help develop VAL Masterplan and execute plan.

Location: Vallejo LOBP, Mexico City.
What you will do
-
Generating a workplan. Coordinating activities.
-
Coming up with solutions, engage with vendors and other areas such as planning, maintenance and other Process areas (blending, packaging and warehouse).

Gain knowledge in LEAN, train other personnel.
-
Implement LEAN Manufacturing culture and kaizen events.
-
Bring insight and execute our five years plan.

Streamline processes.
About you
Skills and Qualifications:
-
Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, Industrial or similar.
-
High analytical skills.
-
With experience with process optimization.
-
Ideally: knowledgeable in LEAN Manufacturing.
-
Proactive.
-
High drive.
-
Willing to learn.
-
Leadership.
Preferred Qualifications/ Experience:
- Communication skills for presentations, making business cases, foster collaboration.
